If you’ve ever felt like you weren’t where you were supposed to be, you can empathize with a coyote in Chicago. The animal somehow wandered into an Aldi’s store and tried to hide in the produce section. The coyote was stuck in a refrigerated shelf before being removed by an expert.
Stan Gehrt with the Cook County Coyote Project said the coyote did what they do…try to hide. “They’re trying to avoid us,” he told ABC7 Chicago. Gehrt said that animals that wind up in this kind of situation are the ones that haven’t found a mate yet, so word to the wise; it’s always cuffing season if you don’t want to wind up stuck in an Aldi’s produce refrigerator.
