Beware your belly button…A doctor in the UK is warning people that if they don’t clean out their navel, there could be a “grotesque” buildup of “debris.” In his YouTube video, Dr. Sermed Mezher says in that tiny little area "You see bits of clothing, hairs, just random bits of skin gets stuck in there. And then they all get compacted into this little hole.”
Mezher then goes on to horrify his viewers by saying the area can get easily infected, “And supposing this is the case, it can actually start to develop some pus surrounding the area there.” The good doc recommends people start cleaning their buttons better and adds that you can do a thorough job with a Q-tip.
