A model in Los Angeles who originally hails from Idaho says she’s spent over $100,000 on plastic surgery in order to achieve the ultimate “bimbo” look. The woman who goes by Sapphire Saint, has undergone six surgeries to enlarge her chest from an A to an H cup... but that’s not all. The “influencer” has also had a nose job, butt implants, a cat-eye lift, removal of four of her ribs, and lots and lots of Botox.
Sapphire says her sugar daddy ex-husband, who she met on a sugar daddy website, wanted her to have a “fake look” so he initially funded her procedures. These days, however, Sapphire says she proudly pays for her own surgeries. These days, she focuses on her work as a self-proclaimed bimbo and adult performer.
