Paul Stanley is holding an estate sale before he knocks down his Beverly Hills mansion to make way for a new, even dreamier dream home.
But before he can start demolition, Stanley needed to downsize a bit. That meant parting with decades worth of Kiss memorabilia, including all manner of merchandise, apparel and memorabilia — much of which still had the tags on it, according to TMZ.
Just about everything had a price, and those ranged from $15 to well over $2,000 (for Paul's old couch).
Stanley sold just about everything on the property, including his daughter Emily's old bedroom door, the property's lemon trees and some potted plants.
TMZ reports that by Sunday, the property had been well picked over.
Stanley and his wife Erin Sutton plan to knock down the seven-bedroom home this year and build a more modern estate on the property.

Stanley and Sutton tried to sell the house for as much as $25 million last year, before deciding to knock it down and rebuild it. It's unclear if they plan to live in the rebuilt mansion or sell the property and retire elsewhere.
