Many travelers know the rush to refill a water bottle after airport security, but one traveler at Philadelphia's airport found it impossible due to changes at the water fountain. The fountain, now privatized by SodaStream, dispenses only 8 ounces of water per minute and forces users to watch ads before quenching their thirst.
The traveler shared their frustration on Reddit, and the responders were outraged. One said, "Having to watch an ad for every 8 ounces while there's a line behind you isn't really free already," with another pointing out, “that’s a great way to ruin your brand.”
