DW: If that happened to me, it'd be an instant withdrawal and getting a bigger mattress to put it in...WOOHOO!
A woman in Malaysian got the shock of her life recently when one of the countryâs biggest banks had deposited around $86-million into her account. When Hafidzah Abdullah checked her balance last week, the app showed that she had $86.46-million in credit. Thatâs a lot of money for anyone, but it goes even farther in Malaysia, where the average yearly income is about $22-thousand.
After Abdullah posted about the incident on LinkedIn and then went on a rant about their terrible customer service, blocking her account when she tried to clear up the matter, the woman later posted that the problem payout had eventually disappeared. âNow [I] can access my personal account & company account,â Abdullah wrote the next day.
