Airlines have been dealing with staffing shortages recently, leading to cancelations and other problems, and one flight attendant on a recent Ryanair flight from Spain to the UK had apparently had enough. He keyed the PA system on the flight and told passengers where they could direct their complaints…and then went on.
He said the airline probably cares more about the passengers than the flight crew because you “give them money” and “instead we are costing them money.” He ends the ‘announcement’ by saying “They don’t listen to their staff” and says that after four years he “literally hasn’t got any expectations.”
