One lucky winner becomes a new homeowner this evening as the winner of the 2023 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home giveaway is chosen LIVE on ABC 13 - WSET!
Tickets for this year's St. Jude Dream Home went on sale back in May and sold out in just 8 days!
The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home valued at $425,000, built by Custom Structures, is located in the Trent's Landing neighborhood off Waterlick Rd. in Campbell County.
This is the fourth year in a row that the Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home has been built, and given away, in Trent's Landing.
The drawing will be held live tonight during Channel 13's 6:00 newscast.
Besides the brand new home, other prizes will be given away including two $10,000 VISA gift cards and a new Ford automobile.
Over the years, the Central Virginia Dream Home Giveaways have raised more than $4 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN to help fund research and to help children with cancer.
