Man Sues Buffalo Wild Wings, Claims Their Wings Are Just Chicken Nuggets

DW: Either way, I'm salivating like Pavlov's Doggie...nom nom nom

A Chicago man has filed a class-action lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings because he says their boneless wings are actually chicken nuggets. The suit was filed on Friday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and argues that the company gives a false impression that their wings are actual chicken wings that have been deboned.

When the press reached out to the company for comment, it pointed them to a tweet the company made yesterday afternoon: "It’s true. Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken. Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo.”

The suit demands a jury trial, an unspecified amount of punitive damages, lawyer fees, and any other fines determined by the judge. The same plaintiff sued Hefty last year for labeling its bags “recyclable” when they weren’t; that suit was dismissed in August.
