LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — The Lynchburg Police Department said two people were taken to the hospital following a shooting Wednesday afternoon in the area of 12th and Pierce streets.

Two victims arrived at Lynchburg General Hospital stating they had been shot.

According to police, both are listed in stable condition and are being treated for their injuries.
