Want to lose weight? Courtney Luna from California says she’s found the secret: lots of meat. Luna says she’s stopped eating fruits and vegetables and eats only bacon, beef, and butter. The 38-year-old dropped from 191 pounds to 161 pounds on the diet.

She says that eating vegetables triggered cravings for sugary foods, so “I eat only meat and animal products, so lots of burger patties, egg, steak, bacon, cream, butter, and cheese.” She says she doesn’t even eat spices; “You need to pick one fuel source. Either you’re burning fat or you’re burning carbs. I feel better on the fat.”
