Majority Of People Think They Have The Skills To ‘Live Off The Land’

A survey of 2,000 Americans commissioned by Tractor Supply Company showed that 62% of people think they could “live off the land” by raising their own food, and a third of the respondents said they could last more than a year.

Half the people surveyed live in rural areas, while the other thousand were from cities and suburbs, and people from urban areas were the most confident in their skills; 72% of urban people said they could make it just fine while only 62% of rural residents said the same.
