The 6th Annual Lynchburg Out of the Darkness Experience will be held via an online live stream, Saturday, October 3 at 10:00 am.

The virtual event will be hosted by New Country 107.9 YYD's Scott Stevens and will feature speakers, testimonies and photos to honor those who have been lost to suicide and those who have experienced a personal struggle.
The event will also feature an explanation of "Honor Beads":
- Blue Beads in support of this cause
- Teal Beads in support of a loved one who struggles.
- Purple Beads for the loss of a relative or loved one.
- Green Beads for a personal struggle.
- Red Beads for the loss of a spouse or partner.
- White Beads for the loss of a child.
- Orange Beads for the loss of a sibling.
- Gold Beads for the loss of a parent.
- Silver Beads for the loss of a First responder or Military.
