Original Story:

Phase 2 in Lynchburg, formerly Cattle Annies, will be closing it's doors in November.

In a statement posted on the Lynchburg Concerts Insiders page, Jonathan Slye posted this statement:

I have booked Phase 2's Final Concert on Saturday, November 2nd. They will be closing at the conclusion of that Event. They are not closing due to financial reasons at all. The decision is made primarily due to the fact that the managing partner is ready to embark on his long awaited retirement. He went much longer than he initially planned to, as he believed in what Phase 2 provides to this community. He already has everything in place to move out state for retirement after November 2nd. The vast majority of the other owners are ready to retire as well, and most have already done so in every other business outside of Phase 2. I had the opportunity to continue on there, but decided it was not the right move. The building, its contents, and the land are currently up for sale with an asking price of $4 Million. There will be a full press release on all of this soon. There will also be an exciting announcement coming from our camp unveiling the big plans we have been working on for Lynchburg. Stay tuned! - Jonathan
