The Virginia Tech Athletics Department and the Atlantic Coast Conference announced the Hokies' 2019 football schedule today.
For the second consecutive season, the Hokies will have seven games at Lane Stadium, including three contests in September and a Friday conference game against Duke on September 27, 2019.
"We are excited to once again have seven home games at Lane Stadium in 2019, " head coach Justin Fuente said. "Opening the season on the road at Boston college will be a challenge, but I know our squad will embrace the opportunity. I know how much our team appreciated the support of our fans wherever w play. We look forward to seeing Hokie Nation out in full force in Blacksburg and on the road in 2019.
