The Lynchburg Police Department is looking for information about a pedestrian hit and run.
They said officers and Lynchburg firefighters were called to the 1900 block of Old Forest Road around 7 a.m. Tuesday, September 25 about a man lying in the grass on the side of the road.
Police said officers found an unresponsive 47-year-old man who had multiple serious injuries.
Police hope that the public can provide some information about the incident.
