In Kentucky, some neighbors informed Mason Tackett that his cousin, Phillip Hagans had been taking items out of his home, but the TYPE of items Hagans was stealing were not the typical items most thieves would go after. Hagans stole a cheese grater, an EMPTY can of Lysol, and SOAP!
In the interview with Tackett, he blamed a bad batch of meth was going around and his cousin must have gotten a hold of some.
Hagans is currently being held on a $25,000 bond and he is charged with receiving stolen property and being a convicted felon with a firearm.
Tackett plans on file additional charges against his cousin.
