A 69 year old man named Earle Stevens was continuously bumping into the car in front of him in a McDonald's drive through.
Police were called and when they arrived they noticed a strong scent of alcohol permeating out of the vehicle, the driver's eyes were blood shot, and was slurring his speech. When asked how he was feeling, Stevens replied, "Pretty good".
Cops asked him if he had been drinking and driving, but Stevens "clarified" by saying that he was only drinking while he was standing still at STOP SIGNS and STOP LIGHTS.
He blew a breathalyzer test of .153 and .147 and was arrested for a D.U.I
