Eating More Vegetables Will Lead To Less Stress

Feeling stressed out? It's probably because you're not eating enough...VEGETABLES?

According to a new study, every portion of vegetables you eat lowers your stress levels by 5%.

So the more vegetables you eat, the better you feel, therefore reducing your stress.

Green vegetables like broccoli have a stronger effect and it's more effective on women than men.

But what we already know, smoking a very special type of lettuce called "Devil's Lettuce" also does a really good job of lowering stress too.
