Remember D.A.R.E? It's the DRUG education charity that go to schools the educated kids about drugs.
Well, a 20 year old man named Kern Kost (Pretty Cool Name) was pulled over and cops smelled marijuana....and they found it IN a D.A.R.E duffle bag.
Kern was arrested for drug trafficking....but really? It's just pot.
