Several vehicles broken into in the past 5 days in Lynchburg neighborhood

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- The Lynchburg Police Department said it's looking for information in relation to recent larcenies from vehicles.

Police said between March 9 - March 13, there were 12 reports of people's belongings being stolen from vehicles with several being reported in the 1400 and 1500 blocks of Edley Place and surrounding streets.

Suspects have stolen change, cash, wallets, checkbooks, and credit cards.

The Lynchburg Police Department said it recommends removing items of value from your vehicle.
