A naked British tourist, reportedly “extremely drunk,” fell from a hotel balcony in the red light district of Pattaya, Thailand and ended up dangling through the ceiling of a nearby internet café. Shocked patrons spotted his legs protruding from the ceiling and called the police, who found the man covered in feces. "I was very shocked," said café patron Somrak Senso. "There were legs coming down right on my head."
The tourist, believed to be from Blackburn, England was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and to sober up. Police later inspected his hotel room, finding it smeared with stool. “We have some ideas about what he was doing,” said police lieutenant Thanawee Yarangsee, adding that the man would need to speak with the hotel to negotiate the bill.
