RESEARCHERS IN CHINA BUILD ROBOT WITH HUMAN BRAIN CELLS

DW: Robot revolution is coming...I'm gonna start saying may I and please to my toaster.

Chinese scientists at Tianjin University have engineered a humanoid robot controlled by human brain cells. This "brain on a chip" uses stem cells intended for human brain development enabling the robot to perform various tasks through electrical signals.

The sci-fi-like creation can navigate obstacles, track targets, and manipulate objects without visual input, relying solely on its brain-like interface. Along with helping with treating neurological conditions these robotics can opens doors to potential hybrid human-robot intelligence.
