A mother-of-four says she's found $13k worth of items by dumpster diving outside businesses. Megan Godinez of Dallas, Texas spends four to five hours a week digging through the trash and says she finds unopened food, new cosmetics, children's clothes, and even six treadmills worth over $4,700 each.
Godinez says she donates 75% of what she finds to charity and keeps the rest for her family. One person who appreciates her hobby is her 11-year-old son Donovan, who got an Xbox One his mom found in a dumpster.
