Nine Inch Nails releases its first new album in four years, titled Hesitation Marks, on Tuesday (September 3rd) through Columbia Records. The disc was recorded in secret over the past 12 months and features first single "Came Back Haunted." For this album, NIN main man Trent Reznor returned to the major label side of the music industry and signed with Columbia Records, six years after his Nine Inch Nails contract with Interscope Records expired and he became an independent artist.

Meanwhile, Reznor has also posted a bonus track called "Trent Reznor In A Conversation With . . . " online. The track appears on the deluxe edition of Hesitation Marks and is a recording made by Reznor himself in which, instead of sitting for an interview, he speaks directly to fans via a hand-held recorder. At point in the 40-plus minute track, Reznor shares two unreleased demos in addition to a demo of the song "Find My Way," which did make it onto the record.
