Cocaine Bear: viral sensation, movie star…wedding officiant? Kentucky natives Alexandra and Armando said “I do” in front of the stuffed and mounted inspiration for the hit movie, with the real-life bear even wearing a top hat for the occasion.
The owner of the museum where the stuffed bear lives loved the idea, and said that if you feel that the person marrying you, “like Cocaine Bear, has the authority, then that marriage can be binding here in Kentucky.” The movie is very loosely based on the bear that presided over the wedding, which ate a LOT of cocaine in 1985.
