Australian Outback Town Experiences Rain Of Fish

DW: Aaaaaaaannnnnddddddd, Sharknato does look so stupid, does it? I'm looking at you boss man!

Lajamanu, a community in the Australian outback, had an event of Biblical proportions over the weekend. A heavy storm blew into the area, and along with lots of rain, it dropped live fish. Central Desert councilor Andrew Johnson Japanangka said the fish were about “the size of two fingers.”

The strangest thing about this event isn’t that “children are picking them up and keeping them in a bottle or jar” according to the councilor, it’s that rains of fish have been reported in the community on a regular basis as far back as 1974.
